I thought it would be cool if the Yanks & Mets played a DH on Saturday, an afternoon game at Citi Field then a night game at Yankee Stadium or vice versa. I know the teams did that once before.

Its been reported the Mets will be playing a doubleheader on Tuesday against the Marlins so they may be playing nine games in six days. Hopefully, they will be nice and tired for us.

The MLB won't even consider pushing back the regular season a week so teams can make up these games. Who cares about player safety and the actual quality of the games being played, the TV networks rule all and they want the post season to start in the beginning of October.

Good times: The Yankees @ Shea as the home team against the Angels with Mets legend Darryl Strawberry going deep.
