I often "watch" the ESPN dots as it's often the only way I have to follow the game. Have concluded that either the dots aren't that accurate or umpiring pretty much stinks. I choose the latter since it comports with my world view. According to Kay, the Yankees didn't have to use Holder or any pitcher as a ghost runner, you can use the player that preceded him in the batting order. Neither manager knew the rule.
