Use Ottavno with a runner already on base in a two run game. Use the superior Chad Green when you're down 4 runs. Interesting bullpen use by Boone.

After the first round its on neutral sites so don't really have a preference who the Yankees play, but avoiding a trip to TB or Oakland would be ideal. |
