Works been kicking my ass!!! Adding another person is "not in the budget.." I hate my friggen company... All too familiar refrain... We've all read American history. The horrible business owners treated their people like cattle back in the thirties and forties so the labor unions grew and became more and more powerful. Then the unions demanded more and more until they took too much, which caused out of control inflation and the unions lost power. Now the greedy business owners think they own the herds of humanity again. Typical employees make as little as 1% or 2% of what their CEOs do and there is a complex body of management that is also over-compensated. Soon, the American corporations will suffer failure and devaluation like they've never seen before. The only way business can run successfully is when management and labor are on the same page, cooperating with one another. Will that ever happen? It should...but don't hold your breath for now... |

Missed the game today but Yanks beat the Phillies 8-3. Montgomery's outing looked good in the boxscore. Cashman's Guy had 2 hits. Best of all my boy Higgy was 3 for 3! Getting Higgy with it!  |

Chances Higgy steals Romines job?? It's going to be tough since Higgy has options and Romine doesn't plus the Yanks don't have a lot of upper level depth in catchers. |
