Monty really looks good so far. Boone has to be pondering about when to take him out. If the Yankees were ahead, Boone might have, especially once the starter faces a batter a third time. He's obsessive about that. Monty deserved a chance to work out of it. |

I know it's easier to have a quick hook when you have a good bullpen, like the Yankees do, but you're doing nothing for Montgomery's development. |
