Yankee pitchers continue to put the team behind early. It has been a recurring theme for King this season. Ohtani is also pounding the ball, so a hanging curve isn’t going to cut it with him. |

Meaningless observation: Both King and Bundy have sunburnt faces. Maybe that will affect their pitching? Have they banned sunscreen? |

His first inning numbers are terrible. I would like to think it’s a preparation problem for a young pitcher, who takes an inning or two to get comfortable and into the flow of the game. |

Judge upset he did not get to third base on the ball in the dirt. And, he’s right to be.
Someone tell Voit that when given the green light on a 3-0 pitch, swinging isn’t mandatory.
