I mean if he gets out of it at 3-1 not terrible, but wish that was only 7 innings not 5. I think the Yankees were expecting better than 5 innings and 3 run from their ace. He nibbled too much early, trying for the perfect pitch instead of being aggressive. Yankees have lost many games this season being too careful. Too many days off. Too many early hooks on starters. Station to station and double plays. |

I think the Yankees were expecting better than 5 innings and 3 run from their ace. He nibbled too much early, trying for the perfect pitch instead of being aggressive.
