Yea im just saying since 2018 they just keep running into a team they struggled with all season and there's no team like that this year. Orioles they have like a near .500 record, they've made the gap up mostly on Boston that they got in and Boston is falling bad, kc and Seattle then were fine against, we know the twins are always a good matchup for the Yankees, fine against the guardians, Astros look good but not as good as before where they are unbearable. Every series is winnable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk It should come as no surprise if Yanks continue up & down performances against "good" and "bad" teams for the rest of schedule. They could just as easily sweep the Orioles after going 1-2 vs the A's followed up being swept by the Pirates. That last series scares me. Division on the line vs Skenes? Hoping they have enough of a gap after the orioles series. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have no problem at all with parity...in fact, I believe it's a good thing. Those of us old enough remember pre-division play, when some (most?) teams were out of contention by June. How is that good...and how boring would it be if the same few teams battled for a WS championship year-after-year? This is the NBA. Despite their salary cap, there's really only 2 or 3 teams at the start of the season that are truly NBA title contenders. It's the same handful of teams every season.

They are already monitoring his innings and pulled him on Wednesday after 80 pitches and then watched a 10-3 lead turn into a 14-10 loss.

That is boring, but I think basketball is different in that just a few "stars" can make a team dominant, while baseball has a lot of moving parts that have to coalesce.

If Dominguez isn't up on Sept 1st, what are we even doing as a ball club?

I can see a Simpson's type mob on their way to Cashman's office after seeing this. No Martian, but yes on Greg Allen light with Duke Ellis.
