I don't know if they showed it on the Yankee broadcast, but on the Toronto feed they showed Judge meeting in the dugout with the kid who got the ball and the guy who gave it to him. Judge autographed the ball and gave the kid some batting gloves. Then posed for a picture.
Springer gave the Toronto fan an autographed ball for being a good guy.

It seems not that long ago we knocked Kikuchi off the mound early, but the years are starting to blur.

Yeah, they'll get maximum mileage out of this story. It beats Myles Straw versus the Bleacher Creatures.

Higgy sporting a .386 OPS. It's horrific. Usually, even when struggling, Higgy is able to hit a couple dingers to make things feel better.

Bichette with five doubles this season, all against the Yankees.

Nestor needs to stop the bleeding.

Nestor probably has his worst stuff of the season tonight. He's trying to grind, but there is just nothing there. I would think about pulling him here - just a feeling.

But for sure Nestor is struggling with his command. We'd be lucky to get five innings from him tonight.
