I agree. My point is we don't have one specific closer (which was Boone's point). Looks like Holmes is coming into this game. Which is a bit strange since Loiza was pitching, warming up. One out. |

I did. It was hot this morning and I have asthma. I had to slow down the last part of the race then I had trouble catching my breath after the race was over. It was a scary thing to go through. Wow, glad you are okay now! Congrats on finishing the race! When’s the deep dish pizza? 😆 Thank Kay! No deep dish today, it was so warm, I got bloated on water and I'm not even hungry yet. |

I know I am a minority but the lack of hitting in major leagues is really upsetting to me. Boring baseball. MLB needs to do something to make the balance between hitters and pitchers more reasonble. They're eliminating the shifts next season. |

Cashman has proven he can quality relievers without spending 10+ million on them. Chapman and Britton might both be gone. |

I know I am a minority but the lack of hitting in major leagues is really upsetting to me. Boring baseball. MLB needs to do something to make the balance between hitters and pitchers more reasonble. They're eliminating the shifts next season. That would be a good start. Limiting the number of pitchers on team or making 3 balls a walk (which would force pitchers to throw more strikes) is appealing to me. I think the problem is not the shift anymore but that the pitchers are simply too good as Oneil suggested. |

They're eliminating the shifts next season. That would be a good start. Limiting the number of pitchers on team or making 3 balls a walk (which would force pitchers to throw more strikes) is appealing to me. I think the problem is not the shift anymore but that the pitchers are simply too good as Oneil suggested. Their limiting teams to 13 pitchers, starting later this season. |

We got 2 hits today and 5 runs and were not on base I think from the 2nd to 8th inning. I don't care for that type of baseball and I suspect I am not alone. |

When you get two starting pitchers with ERA's well under 2 hooking up, you shouldn't expect alot of offense. |
