I know Chapman can be effective, abd very effdctive at times, but really it looks like he has no idea where the ball is going. That might be fine if you're throwing 102 or 103, not so much in the mid-90's. His control has gotten worse with diminished velocity (although 95, 96 is still pretty much gas). The Phillies could use a closer, maybe Cashman should get on the phone. |
