The Lamb Chop, made famous by Sheri Lewis. The pork chop, made famous by Porky Pig. The Karate Chop, made famous by… uh… don’t know that one… Wow, Shari Lewis is a blast from the distant past. Lamb Chop was the original sock puppet. There was also Charley Horse and a few others. I could never stand that show. Too sissy, like Casper the Friendly Ghost and Captain Kangaroo. I watched all three of those sissy shows, but if you recall, mom was in control of the television dial… |

I didn't know he seeped into the Baltimore market. A half hour on Sunday mornings of him playing stuff like "Moonlight In Vermont" and "Misty." As square as square could be. |
