Looking at the stats, Gallo has 7, yes 7, rbi's this whole season. He has 5 home runs--meaning he's driven in, at most, 2 runs not counting himself. For all I know, those other 2 rbi's came on his 5 homers also. The guy is terrible and a waste with men on base. Gallo with men on base this year: .132/.220/.200. Those are pitcher hitting numbers. Pathetic. But sadly, not a whole lot worse than his overall numbers. |

Great call Boone great call. Marinaccio meltdown. Would have had no problem pulling him after he walked 2 to lead off the inning, maybe even after the first walk depending on how bad he was missing. But to leave him in and he then gets a strikeout and THEN pull him makes no sense to me. |
