The team was really turning it around when he came here but that covid bout effected him pretty bad and he didn't start turning it around till the end of the season and had a good wc game. Yeah, sometimes a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. And a Beatles tribute band probably beats an evening with Carlos Beltran. All you need is love. Beltran is hoping everyone will "Let it Be" in regards to what went down in 2017. How did he know I was seeing a Beatles cover band? |

I'm still in disbelief.
I was almost reconciled to this being a loss, and not even that big of a deal because at some point there has to be a course correction, even a mild one. But so far it's all fun and games. Speaking of fun and games, I may be a bit scarce over the next few days. Big Familypalooza going on with assorted members already rolling in from hither and yon. I have been entrusted with overseeing the croquet and quoits tournaments, in addition to making certain that the alcohol supply is up to standards. I will check in as much as I can. The Yankees are now 8-2 during this supposed Death March through the schedule. |
