Gentlemen, I wish I could be here tonight. A few weeks ago, my sister's partner asked if I would be interested in going to a Beatles' cover band. I thanked her but declined. Yesterday, I find out from my niece that they bought me tickets and are coming over to pick me up tonight for Mexican food and then an "outdoor concert." I really want to stay in my apartment of 69 degrees and watch the Yankees, but now I'll be sweating chips and salsa in 104 degree heat. At least it starts at 8:00 PM, so it might be only 99 degrees by show time. Ugh. This is awful, but I feel obligated to go. What say you? Yeah, sometimes a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. And a Beatles tribute band probably beats an evening with Carlos Beltran. All you need is love. |

I've been to a few some are pretty good others you wonder if they ever heard of the Beatles. Let us know which one it winds up being. Will do, Anthony. As soon as I recover from heatstroke and get my intravenous fluids. |
