That ump looked like he was taunting DJLM. Didn't look like a fair ball to me, but nobody argued. Yeah, he was looking for DJ’s reaction. I suppose the rule is that it’s fair once it hops forward, but I don’t recall ever seeing that before, where a ball hit behind the plate and then moved forward. I don’t like to see an improvement look triumphant over a call…but this one did… |
