Do you guys remember when Joe Mantiply pitched for the Yankees in 2019? Neither did I. But he's pitching right now in the All Star Game representing the D-Backs. He only has 2 wins in his major league career and one of them is with the Yankees. I remember the game he was in. What a sad life I live… |

A review of the Diamondbacks roster say that other than 33-year old Merrill Kelly, a surprising 9-5; 3.26, Joe Mantiply with a 2.21 ERA and 38 K’s with only 2 BB IN 36.2 innings is the team’s strongest candidate to be their only all star. Sheesh. 2 career wins. This is MLB in our 175th season of seeking parity, signing off… |

I’m watching a show that interviews UFO witnesses. One interesting aspect of our current house hunting is that the dark skies communities in that valley are said to be prime UFO sighting country.
Am I a believer? In the term unidentified flying object, I have seen many I could not identify, but never one I suspected was alien. I have to see to outright believe. As an amateur scientist, much of my life is ordered by numbers, odds. The odds do favor life in other places in the universe. Known science does not support that life of being further advanced, or of any means of transport to arrive here. The odds do favor unknown means of transport existing…
