Finally getting to check back in. We were packing clothes, sorting out a survival wardrobe to keep with us. This has become extremely stressful at this point… I didn’t anticipate that. At night, I want my Ambien so bad. Between that and the melatonin I get calmed down… Hey sorry you're stressed out inger. I'll message you later. It’s a very strange housing market here right now. I’m watching for bargains in outlying areas while hoping my house doesn’t become one. Typically, outlying areas drop in price first, with the larger areas holding fast a bit longer. I wish we had started two months ago… |

R.B. Greaves. Nephew of the great Sam Cooke. You mean it was not a Tony Orlando original? Nope, R.B. Greaves wrote it and had the hit version that went to Number Two on the Billboard charts in September 1969. It was stuck at Number Two behind "Wedding Bell Blues" by Fifth Dimension. |

You don't want your house to drop in price but want others to so you can move to a cheaper place. |
