I used to have a lot of lower back pain before I started lifting and walking. Much improved now. I have knee pain when I bend them so I have difficulty doing squats. I do squats, leg risers and hip & ab stretches but with no weights. Maybe I should try that first. No weights. |

It's alright, he's ...been forgiven... lol, I can't go deep into their library. Me either, but I got a few. Lead guitarist (Mick Box?) gave me a beer off the stage when I saw them years ago--I may have been of drinking age at the time (which was 18). |
