The home plate ump is really having a terrible night. Yesterday was a travesty. 17 of 53 called strikes were true balls according to Umpire Scorecard.

I checked the RISP stats and for the season we are 21st in RISP batting average but 1st in RISP OPS. Weird.

Yeah, I waste a lot money on the Brooks, because I have to buy a new pair around every 4 months or so. Do you ever get joint pain from all that running? Sorry, I didn't see this and I just got back from walking my dog. No, if you don't over do it and have a good running sneaker that works for you, your joints, knees and feet should be OK. My problem is more groin, him and lower back problems, which is probably more based on my age.

No, if you don't over do it and have a good running sneaker that works for you, your joints, knees and feet should be OK. My problem is more groin, him and lower back problems, which is probably more based on my age. I used to have a lot of lower back pain before I started lifting and walking. Much improved now. I have knee pain when I bend them so I have difficulty doing squats.
