We still have not won a game without Gallo. Gotta love how Benentendi comes here and joins the cold hitting since that. They haven't won a game since the trade deadline. Judge hasn't hit a HR either. |

The Yankees sure bring out the crowds. Which is why the Yankees not playing on July 4th or Memorial Day was idiotic scheduling. They draw at home and on the road. |

Judge was scorching hot before Boone gave him two days off. I'm telling you there was this ENERGY monday night after the Montas trade. The team completely owned the Mariners, Judge homered, stadium was rocking. Then they make the dumb Montgomery trade and give Judge that day off Wednesday (when there was going to be one Thursday anyway) and the team has looked completely out of it since then. That whole trade took something out of this team and it didn't help that they knew they would have to face him days later. With that over and Montas starting and going to Safeco a place they have not lost a series in over a decade hopefully they turn it around now. |

We already know what we are going to get with Hicks and Locastro, but I would have rolled the dice on Florial to play out the second half in centerfield. Give the kid a chance for an extended time to relax and see if he can make adjustments at this level. |

They had plenty of time to give Florial some run before the trade deadline but I guess that's the Cashman way. |

Yeah, this will make the team better. I'm at a loss to understand what this team is doing. Maybe this is some sort of necessary roster shuffling, but this team acts at times like they don't care what team they put on the field. |

Marinaccio has options and Abreu, Luetge and Peralta don't and Cashman can't just let go of any of these average players he brings in. It's easier to just send the kid down, even if he doesn't deserve it. |
