Did anyone notice that the Yanks scored 13 runs with no HR's? And it was a heck of a lot of fun to watch, too! I want the dead ball back! Push back those fences! Triples are king! No more HR!… |

Steer the ball slowly away from those defenders! Defy the shift! Spike the second baseman, but for heaven’s sake don’t get spiked in retaliation. Pray for hits for us and outs for them. Jesus is the Captain of this team, boys! Singles! Lots and lots of singles! It’s all about teamwork men. We are all equals (then I don’t have to pay anyone extra)! I need upholstery for my 1962 Renault! I hope he got his car straightened out. I haven’t heard… |
