Weissert with the win is 2-0! I tell you, when Weissert is off he walks batters, they don't really hit him. Why is Boone able to make the decision so quickly with him and not with Chapman? It is easy to tell when Chapman is off, too.
By the way, I have suspected something was wrong with Stanton's lower half. It is one thing to be unbalanced in a swing once in a while, but he has been bailing, favoring his left leg. Swinging and then walking backwards. That's not even his usual flail when he's really off, where he leans forward with his butt hanging out backwards.

It wouldn't be shocking for him to make his third trip to the IL this season. It's a shame because he's a force when he's healthy, but he's only played in a little over half the team's games in the past four years. The Yankees simply can not count on him to be available and should plan accordingly. It's just a bonus when he is able to play. Five more years on the contract after this one. |

I think he played almost all of last year. I don't remember him missing much time last year? Other than that yea last few seasons have been very sproadic though he did have a couple good playoff series in those years so they def need that version of Stanton to show up. |
