Inger what are you taking to control your blood sugar? I’m currently on insulin, and have continued Metformin, which is supposedly the base drug of diabetes therapy. Of course, I’ve pretty much abandoned sweets and am attempting to avoid carbs while upping fiber intake… a little advice - quit the Metformin it does nothing, ask your doctor for something else. Metformin is a PCP top choice cause they get kick backs to prescribe but does nothing to control blood sugar. |
