I still cannot believe they shifted on Ramirez. He's their best hitter. The ball didn't even make it past the infield dirt. Regular positioning and this game is over after the strikeout of Naylor.

Boone has them shift for Ramirez and nothing for the guy who has won all their games. Just piss poor decisions by him. Schmidt should have not even been the choice. He has to stop pitching Loasiga and Trevino just a batter or 2 and stretch them a little longer.

What an awful 1-2 pitch and that probably cost them their season. Even if it doesn't now the pitching is all messed up for the next series. |
