Devers still has one more year left before he becomes a free agent unfortunately. Him and the Red Sox are far apart in extension talks apparently. Bogaerts has an opt out, one he'll probably use to become a free agent this fall/winter.

The Melky, Igawa, and IPK of this off season would be Donaldson, Hicks, and Deivi… |

It seems there has been quite an exodus of posters since the season ended. I hope we see most of them return once the post season player movement begins…

Growing up in Florida, I know all about snowbirds. They used to clog up the roads and restaurants for four months a year, but our economy depended on them. Had a real love/hate relationship with our northern friends.

Had a real love/hate relationship with our northern friends. While we live just off a “secondary highway”, CO-RT. 17, it’s rather peaceful here. Yet, the tourist season will pump up activity in the area, and therefore the highway traffic. It will still be FAR less traffic than busy Rt. 50 through Pueblo West/Pueblo… |

Then I retired and became one, so now I only resent other snowbirds. |
