So, now that you gentlemen have seen the new rules in place for Spring Training, what are your thoughts? My favorite is the pitch clock and getting batters in the box. I am not convinced they have the time restrictions correct, but this is more what baseball is supposed to look like. And, hopefully, as an incidental effect, it may just end the inane on-field interviews with the manager and players during the game.
On another note, it is amusing how often Domingo German becomes an integral part of the pitching staff due to injury. Each year, it seems German may be the odd man out and a possible trade piece, only to see his innings as important as anyone's in the rotation not named Cole. Once again, we have Cole Slaw and German Potato Salad at the picnic, not to mention the funky chicken leg we call Nestor Cortes, Jr.

Did you call us Gentlemen?
I like German, always have...go figure.
Pitching wise I worry about our SP the most = Injuries, Sev's recent performance, etc.
My only concern about our BP is the lack of more Lefties...

He’s “looked good”, the ball has been “coming out of his hand” well. He appears healthy. His early results have been acceptable given what ST is for. In that vein, it’s time to start pitching well and own that promotion to second spot while Rodon is out…

3 Yankees players who should be looking over their shoulders for Jasson Dominguez
Mars isn't actually the origin of Yankees' prospect Jasson Dominguez, but his Spring Training play for the club has been otherwordly over the last several weeks. The young outfielder nicknamed "The Martian" upon his arrival with the organization is already putting serious heat on several of the team's more established veterans.
Through the first nine games of the spring, Dominguez is crushing opposing pitchers. He's 8 of 19 at the plate with four home runs to his name. His lack of experience at the upper levels of the minor leagues likely means he won't start the season in the Bronx, but it's safe to say he's opened the ideas of Aaron Boone and his coaching staff.
Dominguez is coming to the big leagues sometime in the relatively near future. The only real question is what current player will lose his spot to the talented young prospect. These three outfielders should be concerned.

The games are so much crisper and more fun to watch. I don’t mind the shift restrictions either because it leads to more hits. Bigger bases? We’ll see about that one.

The three most exciting players during Spring Training. Yet, unlike most teams, the Yankees will want to protect the depth at AAA for some reason only Cashman knows - so don't expect more than one of them to make the 26-man roster.

WE AGREE!!!
KEEP IKF he was a Gold Glove 3B and can play catcher along with SS = TRADE TORRES AND DONALDSON.
Poll: Will The Yankees Trade Isiah Kiner-Falefa Before Opening Day?

Doubtful, unless it brings a pitcher. The Yankees are considering trying IKF in centerfield this Spring.
