On the subject of relievers -- I know that Stephen Ridings was signed by the Mets, and he's on the 40-man roster, but I can't find if he's on the 26. Anybody know? He looked so great for about five minutes. He's on the 15 day IL with a right lat strain. |

On the broadcast they mentioned that someone asked Volpe about comparisons to Dustin Pedroia and he said "I respect him but he was a Red Sox so I wasn't a fan."
