Its never too late. I lost 60 lbs! If I can do it, anyone can do it! Love the inspiration! What was your method again? Walk everyday and go to the gym three time per week? Mostly diet: One meal a day with snacks in between.
I added walking to it. And going to the gym 2 or 3 times a week the days I don't walk. And take a rest day to do nothing but sit around and eat ice cream one day a week.
Just start slow. Be consistent and not too hard on yourself. With time and patience, it can't fail!

I’m losing it now at age 69, but I looked pretty slim to many at 205. My son in law is a taller boy and he told me he weighed 205 and couldn’t believe I did too. He asked where I hid it… Now I’m at 185 and been holding that a couple years. I hit 181 at the nadir, but put a little back on, which I didn’t mind. Shoulders and back got huge and strong from the years carrying my son and working at the Western Auto and then the greenhouse… |
