Yeah, but I want to keep my muscle tone and not the body fat.  Oh, I did. I’m losing it now at age 69, but I looked pretty slim to many at 205. My son in law is a taller boy and he told me he weighed 205 and couldn’t believe I did too. He asked where I hid it… Now I’m at 185 and been holding that a couple years. I hit 181 at the nadir, but put a little back on, which I didn’t mind. Shoulders and back got huge and strong from the years carrying my son and working at the Western Auto and then the greenhouse… Just teasing you, Inger! I have a friend of mine who is a gym rat, and that was what he always told his lifting buddies. "Hey, it looks like you've lost some weight!" When they would thank him, then he'd say, "Yeah, it looks like you've lost some muscle tone, but you've kept your body fat." Then, they would reply with something vulgar, and he would crack up laughing. I love banter like that. I miss Western Auto. Bought my first baseball glove there and my first tennis racquet. |

I know it's early but until the rays lose it was kind of important to win this one wouldn't want to be 4 games out after only 1 week of play lol
