10 innings pitched, 5 hits, one run, one earned run, 3 walks, 8 strikeouts.
Brito can win without his best stuff. Schmidt cannot. Time to flip those two in the rotation.

That’s had some wheels. Short bursts only though. Did ant hold up well over distance… and gone now… lol, I'm the opposite. Not much of a sprinter but I love running ling distances. The longest I ever ran at one time was around 14 miles...drunk, in blue jeans, and wearing Wolverine work boots. Long story. |

lol, I'm the opposite. Not much of a sprinter but I love running ling distances. The longest I ever ran at one time was around 14 miles...drunk, in blue jeans, and wearing Wolverine work boots. Long story.
That's a typical Tuesday for Senor Inger.

Brito with the nasty change to get out of the inning! When he throws that change up in the zone, hitters cannot lay off of it and if they do, it's a strike. Two strikeouts this inning and none in the previous four innings. That's the difference. Because of that change up, he should be able to come out again for the sixth, but there is no way Boone is doing that. I wouldn’t bring him out either. He’s done a terrific job without having command of the giddyap… make it a good memory… |
