Boone can't help himself. German pulled at 78 pitches.
Totally nonsensical. He's like an elementary school nurse.

That was impressive! Maybe German can build on this outing.

New doctor. It’s getting better. He’s been helping me cut back gradually on my meds. There is one that gives you heart palpitations if you stop it suddenly. I think it’s on the right track. Less lightheadness and better breathing the past day or so… Are you starting to see any patterns in your diet - what you can and cannot eat? Definitely. Today I decided to break my smoothie into two separate “meals” an hour and a half apart. I haven’t checked the results yet, but will be doing so shortly. It was a surprise seeing that “heathy” choice spike my sugar. Bush’s baked bean must be eaten in small does if at all. French fries and bread are mean to me. Meat all seems to be fine so far.

When I was a kid, I loved the experience, smelling rain and ozone and feeling the energy and excitement just before an electrical storm. Dark blue and purple clouds. Wind picking up and blowing the humidity and heat away. My dog would get the zoomies, running all over the yard, then charging at me before just veering off to either side. Great memories. Loved it as a kid -- we would take a small portable TV out in a storm and pull in remote TV stations (for SE PA) from Corpus Christi and Shreveport and Jacksonville because of the disturbed atmosphere. Never electrocuted for some reason -- Ben Franklin was from Philly after all. Now I worry about losing power and the sump pump going off. Yes, indeed. We didn't have a portable television, but on those days, we could catch channel five in Alexandria, La. They always seemed to have old monster movie playing on weekends. Very cool for a ten year old out in the sticks with normally three stations (Ch. 3 ABC, Ch. 10 CBS, an Ch. 7 NBC).

Just stupid. We finally have an opportunity to save the bullpen, and our starter who is mowing them down isn't even at 80 pitches.

That was impressive! Maybe German can build on this outing. I hope so. It doesn't look like Rodon or Severino are coming back for at least a few more starts.

King pumping strikes that are being called balls. Just cost the Yanks a run.

Boone strikes again with the shit-touch for making pitching changes.

Ouch! Hope you're feeling better now. I need my stomach to settle down. Activated charcoal tablets are cheap and effective. Sold with the supplements at WAL-MART…Tgey tend to have an immediate relief, often even a small burp just after swallowing. The charcoal absorbs acids. Bonus for sort of collecting gas bubbles and organizing then into er… passable gas…
