This is peak idiocy even for Boone. What did he not like about German's game? I suppose some analytics geek in Cashman's box sent him a text saying the percentages show it's necessary to change pitchers. And though Boonie didn’t foresee it, his introducing Hicks into the game as a defensive replacement led to Hicks being the man of the moment in the bottom of the ninth. What a bozo… |

It's absurd, a starter has to throw like German did tonight or like Cole as all season to even have a chance to win. Give up 3 runs and you're probably going to lose. |

I swear, I hate Holmes he is not a closer. He is trash who rode the magic carpet for awhile. I'm done...Boone is an idiot. This, in a nutshell. Wouldn't hurt if our lineup had more than 3 guys who don't think the Mendoza line is a lofty achievement. |

What a night Yankees blow this. Rangers get shut out and eliminated. Lets see what the Knicks can do I guess. City is in such a long drought for a title.
