After an arduous process I got my rental car today and left the Hummer at the shop. Always a mystery what car you’ll get. This is the first VW I’ve ever driven. A Passat. Got some get up and go, couldn’t be much more different from a Hummer… Put some miles on that baby. Oh yes. New Mexico, here we come! I’d like to go to Chama by car and then sometime grab the train…The Cumbres and Toltec is supposedly a fine ride… |

It was a regular feature when we lived in Santa Fe and visitors came out. Abiquiu, Chimayo, Taos, the pueblos and of course Santa Fe itself are all worth a visit in Northern NM. |

That’s a beauty. I think I told you about the 2001 BMW 325Ci convertible I picked up. I have never had so much fun driving a car. Finally signed on to the Bimmer cult. |
