Tight-wire act and this time Holmes fields the baseball on a come-backer. The Yankees win in a game I wish I could have seen. Stupid Peacock and MLB. How did Severino look everyone?

Yanks should use King as a closer like they did with Gossage. Bring him in the 8th and let him pitch 2 innings.

In a game where Kaybli was MIA And the Yankees started before 9am on the west coast the Managers were both awake enough for the rare double toss. Bader and Gleyber both go deep while Judge joins Kaybli for a nap. Yankees WIN!!!

Good thing we were playing the Reds, who couldn't bring someone formidable off the bench like Tampa can. I don't mind Wandy closing either, and he can pitch multiple days, unlike the plan the Yankees have with The Falafel King.

Glad that he'll wake up with the refreshing news that the Yankees brought out McBroom. That's always a relief when I miss a game due to slumber.

We were quiet, not wanting to wake you! Had Boone allowed Sevy to pitch to one more batter, he would have garnered a win. Instead, that goes to Abreu who got four outs.

We have more different pitchers with saves than anyone else in MLB, another factoid I heard on David Cone's podcast.

As I stated earlier in the thread, he looked a bit stiff and uncomfortable to me, and lacked his normal confident body language. He did get better as he went along and maintained his velocity. I’m sure he wanted another batter when he was pulled. Overall, he has to get an A today…

Another game where Boone's potential mis-management could have cost us the game, but we hang on despite him. Yanks kinda rolling now.

Perfect time for him to be lifted, when his velocity is spiking.
