A great minutiae guy for this series is Oscar Azocar…
These numbers are from memory, I don’t feel like looking them up. In ‘90 as a Yank 218 PA with just 2 BB, he also hit all 5 of his career HR.
Traded to the Pads, he wound up with 12 BB in 460 total PA (between both teams) and he also was successful on all 10 of his career steal attempts (7 with the Yanks).
His career ba/OBP differential was only .022. With the Yankees it was an abysmal . 009…
