I'd say the Dodgers were certainly on Sevy last night. They were on him, but he wasn’t right. -2 mph and flat pitches in the middle of the plate. We can hope it was normal regression. He’s worked very little for a long time. He came back throwing smoke. I’m hoping just a bit of spring training like tired arm. I’m hoping that’s all it is… it could be something worse… |

I would almost root for the DL stint to get Florial up to MLB, but I fear that instead it will extend time for some of the flotsam and jetsam we’ve had hanging around. Worst of all maybe the Franch-Man. Having Florial as an off-roster player has been problematic. I wonder how many teams that passed on him wish they had plucked him when he was available? How bout dem O’s? They could have Florial instead of Hicks… |
