Donaldson and Stanton are a combined 0-32 last 5 games. Since Judge is out, these are the two highest paid guys in the lineup.

There is no reason for this!!!! There is like 5 other people on this team with all-star appearances so annoying.

Schmidt is jealous of the run support Jordan Montgomery got.

So many chances. What a frustrating game. Yeah and Toronto lost and Baltimore is down 5-0. How they ever supposed to gain on these teams if they keep matching wins and losses? Baltimore lost 13-1. The Seattle offense came alive again somehow.

Now you're just piling on. Which begs a travel question, Pipps, have you ever been to Katmandu? I tuned out just before you asked that question. Alas, I haven't yet made it to Kathmandu. It was on my to-do list for 2020 or 2021 as part of a wider plan to hike up to Base Camp, but Covid wrecked that one and my wife is reluctant to try it at our ages. I'm still considering it. Cause I'm a Ramblin' Gamblin' Man.

Donaldson and Stanton are a combined 0-32 last 5 games. And DJLM is 3-20 over that span. So 3-52 for the three highest-paid guys in the lineup. Just a tad below .060. It's a good thing batting average isn't important anymore. Otherwise I'd think those guys were playing lousy baseball.

And aha! We've finally found a spot pipps has not been to yet!

I keep telling you there are more places I haven't been to than those I have been to. Actually trips to Everest Base Camp were only re-opened last year. Covid just about destroyed that whole economy. And in fact it is a bit edgy because you are up at 19,000 feet and there is just no training for that. The trips themselves aren't that expensive. What's expensive is the helicopter evacuation insurance you are required to have because something like one out of three who start out can't finish and have to be flown out. That sort of thing worries Mrs. Pipps, who normally is game for all my schemes. Climbed Kilimanjaro, piece of cake. Scuba Great Barrier Reef, which is more than I could do. Inca Trail Machu Picchu at 12,000 feet like a walk in the park. Hiked the Camino de Santiago in Spain over 500 miles, the last 300 without me because I had to get back to work. But this is her line in the sand. So far.
