Or lifting weights? If you're just talking about weight loss, 70 percent of it is diet anyway. I have two mountain bikes; both are in my garage in Iowa. Lifting weights does appeal to me. Diet is a four-letter word. How dare you! It's tough. I love to cook and love to eat. It's going to have to be exercised related. My willpower is not what it once was. I think most of us would have sent out Vazquez for the sixth. Then, Boone could have picked King for the seventh and eighth.

Regardless of the Judge status they need a real outfielder at the trade deadline even though king has been off lately can't keep giving these teams four outs or more.

Before you got home the YES crew mentioned that his AAA ERA in his last 6-7 starts has been 3.51. It seems he’s learning… 3 MLB starts his era is 1.17...2 runs in 15 innings. I got you Acura, but he had been like a 7-8.00 ERA guy in MiLB earlier this year… |

My mental health is 10 times better since I started lifting weights and walking!
As for diet, I used to be the worst. If I can turn it around, anyone can. You don't have to starve yourself or cut out all the food you enjoy. Everything in moderation.
