I think the way things have been going Kiner-Falefa would be the ideal #2 hitter. You put the two speed guys at the top and go into the game with the intent of putting the pressure on the defense. Get Volpe back to stealing bases, and let IKF run wild, too. Instead if Volpe gets on you have Rizzo batting second and he grounds into a DP…

Gleyber's .320 OBP is the second highest in this lineup, after Rizzo's .352. One of the biggest problems with this team.
