I saw we were blacked out again, so I went to catch up on some grocery shopping with our guests on the way this weekend. Haven’t put myself through the misery of watching one second of this game, and I hope I regret that I made the decision… You did the right thing Inger. Absolutely. And that weird deal with my broken tooth has be behind in many, many arenas. Especially with company on the way Sunday morning. That and not sleeping at night, but fallknb Al seep in the morning. I’m a mess…

Haven’t put myself through the misery of watching one second of this game, and I hope I regret that I made the decision… How is Denver, CO local to Atlanta? Well, it’s simple. You just get on a plane and fly to Atlanta… 😂Bear in mind that I’m not even local to Denver airport, about a 4.5 hour drive away. I’d be pissed off about missing these last two games, but I’m not because I feel I caught a break… relief of not seeing what I know happened…

Red Sox lost, Jays looking like they are about to lose Yankees just can never take advantage of these teams playing meh.
Records this month:
Red Sox 6-7 Jays 8-5 or 6 Yankees 6-9
If Jays result holds Yankees could have still been roughly 3.5 behind by simply just winning 2 games they lost. Just losing every chance they are given. Instead they keep losing and will be 6.5 out if all results hold.

Where is Edison Lighthouse when you need him? Nobody knows where our base runners go. Hah, British bubble gum from 1969. Too early for you Rizz! Actually the guy behind that was also behind "My Baby Loves Lovin" and "United We Stand" and "Gimme Dat Ding." Just labeled as different groups. At the same time there was a US counterpart named Ron Dante who was essentially the Archies, the Cuff Links, Ohio Express and many others I am not recalling at the moment. You missed one pipps--Beach Baby by First Class. The singer for all five being Tony Burroughs with 5 different groups. A one-hit wonder five different times. As mentioned, Love Grows Where My Rosemary Goes by Edison Lighthouse; United We Stand by Brotherhood of Man; My Baby Loves Loving by White Plains; and the Dylanesque Gimme Dat Ding by the Pipkins. Three were apparently in the British Top 10 at the same time--somewhere about 1971.

The good news is we quadrupled the number of hits we got. And we still own d'Arnaud.

Boone looked and sounded dejected on his postgame interview. Can't blame him this team is playing worse than the Royals and A's right now.

I know the team assembled is not great but I still relish in thinking Boone might be gone. Not my type of coach. Ideally he goes, we lose more and then can get a front office like some of the more successful teams have.
