Looks like Boone has finally decided Schmidt has graduated the fifth inning. I hope he extends him to the seventh tonight so he can graduate that and move on to graduating the 7th… and graduating that dreaded “third time through the order@…

On the trivia question Kay and O'Neill answered I believe the three most obvious guys -- Ruth, Gehrig and Mantle. Not sure if they named A-Rod. The other would be Tex I think since they eliminated Soriano. Unless Winfield?

Wells is quieter behind the plate than Higgy, Rortvedt, and even Trevino. He's almost never shaken off. I had my doubts, but he’s for real … I still think Higgy is going to be swapped at his best this winter. There is more to be learned from Trevino and Wells could earn 3/4 of the starts in a platoon…

Schmidt gives up a pair of two strike hits and that's all for him.

I thought the questions were aimed at the viewers, not the broadcasters.

Soriano hit most of his home runs with the Cubbies, which was a great ball park for him.

Boone seems to be taking him out of his Huggies Pull Ups.., “You’re 🎵 a big boy 🎼 now! 🎶… With the Yankees turning the page towards 2024, it does seem like Boone has become more reluctant to let Schmidt get out of his own mess.

Well now it's time to take him out for sure. Regular positioning of the infield for Gleyber and that ground ball would have been an easy inning-ending double play: 4-6-3. They had Gleyber playing almost behind second base.
