I try to find the positive in things. You know, look at the bright side. Fact is, we're more likely to move on from Boone if we finish 77-85 as opposed to 85-77.

I think if the team with Bauers McKinney Allen Bader etc got to say 84 wins then I think ownership would be just like yep we'll injuries team is fine still had a winning record our team will be healthy and good next year! However they literally had to strip the team down, get rid of hicks and Donaldson for nothing, didn't get a thing for Allen or Bader, and had to call up players who were in AA earlier this year just to give the team some life. So I don't think the win total really is going to change any plans at this point. I think it's obvious Cashman poorly constructed this team and the final record isn't going to just give this year a write off I think there will be changes. So I will continue to want them to win every game possible and get the over .500 record and out of the basement. They have 21 games left and they only need to go 12-9 now to get to 82-80. A week ago it was a lot more wins needed. I think they can do it if they can at least split in Fenway and keep up their dominance of Toronto they should be ok to get there. I think Boone stays he makes some weird decisions at times but Judge backing him and players liking Sean Casey who is tied to Boone I think they'll get another year to prove themselves.
As far as Cashman it all depends on what Hal wants. If he's really been at odds like the reports say there might be changes there. I do think there's going to be some changes to how the team is run in some capacity.
