Ramirez, Wells and Rodon look like they could be brothers. Rodon's wife posted a video of their young child seeing Wells on TV during a Yankee game and thinking it's his dad. lol

I had been miserable with a pull of my left trap that went up into my neck and even pulled on my left pectoral got days recently. It actually kept me up one night.
I had Ruthie massaging the area and adding some heat balm for a week to only the slightest temporary relief if any. Two days ago I laid in my hammock on the patio and the pops in my back sounded like someone eating crackers, followed by a pop in the back of my neck. All better. At least six major pops and some junior pops.
I can’t imagine a doctor or even chiropractor suggesting “Go lay in your hammock and call me in the morning”, but it worked…

A fortunate boo-boo for Kikuchi. Anybody is preferred at this point… That sentence reminded me of the 80s New Wave band Kajagoogoo. Anybody else remember them? Nope. Didn’t get into new wave. Mr. Roboto was too much for me…

I think you’d have to position yourself so that the lower back was near the end of the hammock, where there’s some pressure from the canvas. When I get in the hammock I get in high up on the canvas so my head is slightly elevated (sometimes grabbing a pillow for my head out our deck box. The only time I’ve ever had really bad lower back pain was in my golfing days. I found that a series of toe touches (or attempts) followed by torso twists with a long-shafted golf club in my hands was an effective preventative, and at times relief. Repeat several times. Similarly I would experience a pop or three in my lower spine and after that it was over…

How can anyone be that slow Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Even Vogelbach is faster than that. Stanton's not dogging it, his body is broken down. It’s rather strange that he can sprint after balls in the field but not running to first. The excuse used for his base running is that it’s different because of cutting the bases, but running straight to first doesn’t require cutting bases. I’m at a loss… 🐌
