I mean there were 5 total accusers and an entire MLB investigation was done and suspended him for 2 years. I shouldn't have brought this up. Not something I want to argue about. Regardless, I believe this guy is scum, someone who gets his rocks off by hurting women, and don't want him anywhere near the Yankees.

I recall that. She’s a disgusting whore and discrediter of a famous person. As far as the videos she watched, she knows full well that people who are into BDSM may enjoy the illusion of rape and act it out for their own pleasure as well as their partners.

I’d still keep him out of NY die to the extra scrutiny. If say, the Pirates wanted to take a chance it would be better for Bauer as well axx sac the team…

I don't want to discuss this topic really. I just had an immediate reaction to someone saying they wanted to sign Bauer. I should have let it go. All the facts of the case are out there to google or lookup on twitter. People can come to their own judgement. I won't be discussing this further.

It's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, Kay, but in reality you must prove your innocence to be pronounced not guilty.  And, Bauer was suspended by MLB immediately after the accusations were made and prior to any formal investigation.  Even after two years of investigation, the district attorney could never issue a formal charge.  

Unlike Bauer, the DA did issue formal charges against me, but then I was just a college student and not a multi-millionaire with deep pockets.  You lose two and a half years of your life waiting for a trial for something you didn't do, then tell me how quick you are to issue pronouncements of guilt and innocence from a YouTube video.  Am I scum because I was actually accused, formal charges issued, arrested, jailed, and went to trial?  

I found out quickly who my friends and even family were.  I still wake up at night in cold sweats, my heart beating out of my chest, dreaming that it is happening all over again - over 35 years later.  I also found out that detectives and police officers lie and even lie without compunction on the witness stand under oath.  Luckily, I was able to PROVE my innocence and after a four-day trial was acquitted after 15 minutes of deliberations.  Still my life was just about ruined; I was in debt from legal fees; had difficulty finding even menial jobs, and could not even apply for law school, while the repeatedly postponed trial hung over my head like the sword of Damocles.   If not for Sarah, I would have gladly eaten a bullet.

Even just three years ago, I applied and landed a job and even though I paid 8,000 dollars to get my record expunged legally in court years ago, the arrest still came up on a background check.  I was let go from the position just a week later.  That's right, over 30 years after being acquitted for something I didn't do, I was released from a job "without cause."  

If you ever go through what I did, you might see things differently.  Just because you are accused, doesn't mean it is true or accurate or there is not an ulterior motive of those involved.  I find some people go through life in a charmed fashion, with both parents and a nuclear family, no child abuse or beatings, and can fall ass-backwards avoiding any pitfalls and land in a pile of Christmas.  For those who do not, life is viewed though different lenses.  

Meanwhile, the game is becoming a semi blow out at 4-0 with the Yanks having fielded such a weak offensive team that OzCab is batting cleanup for us and Cano looks like a great player again…

Can he still run that far in one burst? 😂…
