Slider down the middle, hit hard past Rizzo down the 1st base line, by the time Soto can get to it, it's an easy double. Could've been a triple if Soto made the slightest mistake.

Again, 98, but flew open and missed 3-4 inches outside, ball 4 1st and 2nd two outs Good idea for Blake to go out there because Rodon needs a bit of rest after firing five top velo FBs to Gurriel A top velo FB in the wrong spot to Walker is a 3 run HR and a 5-2 D'backs lead. |

Carroll gives Rodon a gift, goes on first move, Rodon steps off and throws right to 3rd, gets him stealing, inning over.
Someone in the dugout (maybe Blake) tipped him, and he was ready for it.
Great thinking by someone, and good execution by Rodon not to tip it off.
Top 6, 2-2.
Soto, Judge, Rizzo for the Yanks.
15 pitches for Rodon in the 5th, 77 through 4.

Soto tries to jump the first pitch, gets under a curveball up, fouled off.
FB topped to Alexander at 2nd, throws him out, 1 down.
The benefit of getting to 3rd is that Rodon throws a lot of wild pitches, in case anyone is wondering.
But you can't get picked like that.

FB misses outside at the knees to Judge, 0% strike on YES and Gameday, called strike 1 anyway.
Inside, 1-1
Judge barely checks on a slider low, no swing called by home of 1st base ump, maybe a makeup.
Can't check on a slider well outside, 2-2
Change low 3-2. Surprised that wasn't called a strike.
FB misses the low outside corner by 2-3 inches, kelly wanted it but it was ball 4. 0% on YES and on Gameday, not close really
Man on 1st, 1 down for Rizzo.

Slider bounced 1-0, Slider misses outside at the knees, 2-0
Don't try to reach for the next inside pitch it'll jam you.
He'll got outside later in the at bat, look outside and go to right
Cutter near middle fouled off, 2-1
Sinker down and in, bounced foul off 3rd, 2-2
He should be going back outside here
