I am so glad I was wrong when I thought it was over when Toronto went up 4-1. I had to leave to watch my grand daughter's HS softball game. She was pitching. Got home and saw the win. Fantastic... By the way, my grand daughter's team won..

Both Anthony Volpe and Aaron Judge were 1 for 13 in the series against Toronto.
Juan Soto did not make an out in the third game was 3 for 3 with 2 walks, and neither did Kevin Kiermaier, who was 3 for 3 with a walk.
Clay Holmes quietly saved his 7th game for the Yankees this season. Volpe was responsible for all three outs in the ninth inning, including that gem to end the game.

Nice, gritty win. Needed that one badly. On to the next one... Yep...a gritty, come back win. Game is 9 innings long...nothing "stolen" about it. Did to notice which Yankee scored the tying run? 
Excellent play by Volpe to end the game, stopped Bichette from getting an at bat with 2 runners on base. Nice win by the Yankees. In my opinion, that win makes up for the game they lost vs the Guardians.

My job required me to attend a lot of meetings in the evenings and I found following the chat there...and the thread here,,,is a great way to keep up on what goes on. |

Gleyber again being the turd in the punch bowl. Had a chance to do some real damage there. That wasn't very nice to say about Gleyber Torres, especially if you're a Yankee fan talking about a Yankee player. |

Just my 2 cents...With all the low pitches that get called strikes when Judge is at the plate, if the Yankees get good breaks during the game, so be it.  |
