Sinker well inside gets spoiled
Might risk a slider here, but that's probably a walk.
Gets away with a slider up in the zone, jams Arozarena, popped to short center. Volpe and Torres wait for Judge to come get it, he doesn't quite get there, and it falls, but Siri holds to make sure it drops and is thrown out at 3rd on a weird and lucky force play. Yanks get a huge break.

Both teams thought the 2nd base ump an infield fly but he didn't. He thought Judge caught it, and signaled out then changed to safe when he saw it was dropped. It's a force play, 1st and 2nd, 1 out for Palacios, who's never faced Holmes.

rushes, flies open, misses up and away with a sinker, ball 1.
Despite the break, it looks like Holmes isn't going to hold the lead, because the sinker is up in the zone and the slider is all over the place.
