Great series win and way to take 5 out of 7 against the defending champs! Amazing the Red Sox dont ever lose. Red Sox are a very good team and they never do seem to lose, but their schedule has been ridiculously easy so far. By my quick run through of their schedule, they've played TB 10 times already, Baltimore 7, Toronto 9, KC 3, Miami 2 and Oakland 6 (Oakland's not that bad, though). They have yet to play Houston or Cleveland. They've played the LA Angels 3 times. By contrast, the Yanks have played Tampa 3 times (7 less than the Sox), Baltimore 4 (3 less than the Sox), Toronto 8 (1 less), KC 3 (same), Miami 2 (same) and Oakland 3 (3 less). We've played Houston 7 times (7 more than the Sox), Cleveland 3 (3 more) and the LAA 7 (4 more). At this point, I'd say the Yanks have played a much tougher schedule. Things will even out, of course, and if we take care of business against the bottom feeders, we should be okay. We seem to have all kinds of problems with Baltimore though and we start a series with them tonight while the Sox go to Houston.

Great point on SOS...the BoSox have had the easiest schedule in the East so far this year. The only teams with easier schedules in the AL are the horrendous Central teams who have easier SOS bc they play each other so often and are all so bad + Seattle.

Two games for the price of one...Hours and hours of staring at the TV instead of being productive... What a great day that shall be...unless it rains...

So far the sux have played 5 more games than our evil empire.... Crazy And unfortunately, they've won those extra games...crazier...They really don't look that strong to me. When will the next collapse come? I do have to say that I admired the bold release of Hanley Ramirez. Hint, hint Brian...just in case you and Jacob will be speaking anytime soon...

I'm ok with Mr Glass spending his Yankee career on the DL
