Sorry, I meant to say E6. AND I live in Chicago so I also have to endure the Sox announcers!!!! I feel like such a cretin. I never caught on the the (ill) thing. I was thinking more like “aw, this poor guy doesn’t feel well. Hope he gets better”…

Poorly located FB thigh high inner 3rd, but Vaughn is late and under, fouls it off. Got away with that one Nestor Change floats over the outside corner below the waist, 0-2 FB up and in, popped high and foul off 1st, Rizzo dances around a bit near the coach's box, but catches. 1 down.

Rizzo actually lost it above the lights for a moment, but stayed with it.
Cortes stares in for a while, then suddenly wheels around and picks Remillard off at 2nd! Big play, man on 1st, 2 down for Jimenez now. Fb inside, ball 1 Change outside, hard swing, hit off the very end of the bat, the bat shatters, the soft grounder is fielded by Torres on the right side of 2nd, he steps on the bag for the force to get out of the inning with no damage.

OK, my little 10-15 minute cleanse/restart turned into a half-hour fight with Windows. Apparently, what was slowing my internet down was Microsoft downloading some major updates, which it didn't notify me of before I restarted. It attempted to install them, which I tried to block by shutting it down multiple times because the last 5 times it tried to install the same update, it ran for 2 hours with multiple restarts, before dying and giving up on the install because of errors. In order to avoid it, I kept shutting it down. It finally settled for a minor update and I got control of my computer again. I then turned off updates for 7 days, and I'll resume fighting with it late tonight after the game... In the meantime... The Yanks got a single by Rizzo with 1 out in the 2nd, but couldn't do anything with it. The White Sox tied it in the 3rd on a two base throwing error by Cabrera, a steal of 3rd by Remillard, and a RBI single by Vaughn. The Yanks went 1-2-3 in their 3rd as Clevinger struck out both Volpe and Soto. And the Sox got a 1 out double from Julks over Verdugo, but he got thrown out trying for 3rd on a comebacker to Cortes. Judge leads off the 4th. Clevinger was at 48 pitches through 3. Cortes is at 53 pitches through 4. Windows are a pane.

I guess you came into the thread while I was out of it, so good evening, pres. Bottom 5, 3-1 Yanks. 16 pitches for Nestor in the 5th, 69 total Cabrera, then back to the top for Volpe and Soto.

Remillard sounds like something you might get a shot for after a questionable encounter…

Clevinger still in there to start the 5th. Slider drops into the zone near middle, taken for a strike. FB away, just above the waist, popped toward the line in left, Benintendi moves over, catches, 1 down.

Nestor has made some big plays at the bases. Threat defused. A great play when it works. Horrible when it fails. High risk, high reward…

Volpe takes a slider low, then gets a FB on the outer half, bounces it to Mendick, his low throw is scooped by Vaughn, two down.
